I spoke too soon the other day that during this trip we have been eating all sorts of food sold everywhere on the streets, buses, local markets etc… and we didn't get sick since we arrived in South America. Though, the next day we both were sick. We got some nasty bacteria that left us in bed for few days.

It is not fun but unfortunately a big part of travelling to the third world countries that many travellers have to deal with. We were worried that while in Peru we have been hammered by mosquitos and maybe we caught nasty Dengue Fever but fingers crossed not. In the moments like this travelling really sucks and you want to be at home however if you can get a nice room with a toilet then recovering is not too bed. (and this by far is one of our the best and the cheapest rooms we had so far)

Anyway today while I was still recovering on our last day in Banos Bryan went to explore the surrounding area with a Canadian friend that we met in Arequipa and that we bumped into while here. Here is a few snaps from his phone that I wish I could done it myself.
