Salar de Uyuni, Bolivia

In Uyuni most travelers do some sort of organised tours out in the Salar de Uyuni as there is no other option to explore the area, well at least no cheap options. Even though we both truly hate tours and being attached to a group of people and a guide we had to do it. We decided on 1 day tour and got to explore the surreal landscape of the Salt flats with 5 other Bolivianos. The tour itself was OK but really rushed and I hate having short and set time to enjoy the place. Anyway the landscape that we saw today was just enormous and really out of this world and nothing that we saw anywhere else.Of course a cheesy photo where we played with the scale had to be done but seeing all people doing that really put me off this sort of experiment.
