Bariloche
From El Chalten we caught a 10 hour bus on a pretty rough road (known as a Ruta 40) to Perito Moreno where we stopped for one night. It was rather a shit place where we had to stop on the way to Bariloche. The 'highlight' was the plant outside our room that Bryan spotted ;)
And so we just hung around the main square where I admire the bautiful architecture made of wood and stone which goes so well together.
In the morning we continue for another 13 hours to Bariloche, which to me was a sort of bigger version of New Zealand’s Queenstown but a lot busier with more people and more traffic. Personally, Queenstown
is still a winner over Bariloche but it is a nice place, known for the
chocolate for some strange reason. We were too busy organizing trip back to
Chile and didn't really do much here just went for a wee walk where the final
destination looked like many places in NZ.
