Fishing and trekking to Mason Bay

Next morning we went fishing with the local fisherman but we didn’t catch as much as we did last time, most fish was by standards a few centimeters too small to take so they had to go back to the ocean which still felt nice to give them their life and freedom:) After fishing one more walk down to the other wharf from where we took a bumpy water taxi along the harbor and river from where we started our walk.

Just before 10 pm after over 5 hrs of walking we finally managed to get to our Mason's Bay hut near the beach.First night we spent in this tiny hunters hut but second night we moved to DOC hut as there was more chance to spot a kiwi.
