Wieliczka, Salt Mine

As a wee side trip from Krakow I took Bryan to Wieliczka salt mine one of the Polish UNESCO sites. I was here myself during the school trip in primary school many years ago. It hasn't changed much apart from the price (of course!) and some extra attractions and updates. To get to the mine we still had to take 350 steps down to reach the depth of 135 meters underground that is available for tourists (the mine goes deeper than that). Plus at the end we still had to take a ride on the suspect looking old lift where we were squashed like sardines with other terrified people. All worth it though:)
